How can I recover app data on my S6?

S6 app data recovery

So my friend borrowed my new s6 out of my car to make a phone call without me knowing and he left it on the back bumper. I didn't notice it missing until awhile after driving down a road going about 50 mph. I retraced my tracks and found it laying on the side of the road shattered and the screen wouldn't turn on. I was wondering if anybody knew of a way to recover data from apps (for work) without having to do stuff in the phones settings. if so, i really appreciate it.

Not too many options without previous app installations and settings, only thing I can think of right now is to connect it to a PC with Samsung Smart Switch for PC or MAC installed, and it works if you don't have a locked phone, you will need to unlock it somehow to be able to use Smart switch and do a Backup. So assuming it works and you can do a backup, it may save your Settings and some other stuff and in some apps it even recover Apps data, but by experience in most apps it won't save the Apps data just the app, why some it does and most it doesn't? I haven't figure it out yet.
