How can I recover deleted pics from my Samsung Model SM-N920V?

Help! I deleted ALL of my gallery pictures today (big mistake, I thought they were backed up!), and I read that you can't root a Verizon Samsung Note 5. How the heck can I get the pics back without rooting? Does anyone have any fixes or advice?

Welcome to Android Central! How did you delete the pictures? Did you delete the whole folder in the My Files app? Or did you delete them using the Google Photos app?

If you use the My Files app and go to the /DCIM/Camera directory, do you see any of the photo files there?
