How can I recover my data off of a broken HTC?

i broke my htc one mini two weeks ago. tried to connect to my computer but it doesnt find device. the screen is completly smashed. is there any way i can sync it to my computer with my mobile number

I've never heard of it doing it with your phone number I know you could Bluetooth headset but you can't see anything on the screen can you turn the phone on do you hear when you press the power button do you hear it power up and say you press all the buttons like the volume button or something that makes noise so you know that phone is actually on your best bet man is calling tech support sorry I couldn't help more have a good one
