How can I reduce the sensitivity of my tablet screen

When I attempt to scroll a page on the internet, I barely touch it, yet the screen will change to another page rather than let me just scroll on the page I was already on

Try Settings, Language & Input, Pointer Speed.

Which tablet? Usually on Samsung it be in setting>display menu if it does
