Welcome to Android Central! Can you elaborate on that?

Re: remote install stump on lg g3

My apologies. Its strictly dumb luck that I stumble upon anything. This person(s) has affilition w every online resource Ive tried, including this site. Ive researched what I could to rid my self of this violation &that's how Ive happened on Editor pages of major sites. This person(s) has extracted my personal data to several personal/email addresses &even has communicated with me on my social media apps to taunt. It's also involving my T-mobile acct (which I think is the motivation, but T-mobile says "not their fault") &data usage. The data stats &talk/text count displayed on my account is astounding considering I only access 1 device at a time, &my incoming calls get a message that the call is restricted &most outgoing calls aren't connected. My messing is rerouted also. Theres a hidden launcher w apps &widgets &both Brower &Chrome redirect all my traffic. I can never connect to network or server although Data is Enabled. The network selections now have :RAT after them. Lastly, in my research today, Ive found that the line items (I don't know correct terminology) added to the permissions (what this app can do) are exactly that of the Stump download!

To add, this was noticed 3 days after purchase &has been less than a months time, this person(s) has violated my life in the most horrible way.

Yes. Theyre remote accessed via usb &have already downloaded Stump onto my devices (lg g3 lg optimus galaxy tab 4). Is there a way to "undo"? Tmobile wont credit me full value &I refuse to lose $300+ bc of some twerps who need to prove that theyre smarter than me.

It would be good to expose the person you are saying is exposing you.
That way no one else can fall into their hands.

I'm not familiar with Stump, but do a factory reset, then after finishing the Setup Wizard, go immediately to Google Play Store and stop any app that might be automatically installing. Resetting a device to factory settings should wipe out any malware that was installed by someone else.
