How can I remove my Google account from my tab s?

I love my tab s tablet but I hate how it's automatically linked I to my Google account and shows my email. How can I remove my account? I share the tabet with others in my house and would like to keep the tablet unlocked and open to whoever picks it up without different log in or accounts.

I'm willing to add my acounthe temporarily as needed to add apps, but would like to easily remove it when fnished.

I looked online and there are lots of instructions on how to do thus, but none of the screens and directions match up with what I see on my tablet. Im on android version 5.0.2.

Hello. I'm going to assume it is the same UI as other Samsung phones with Lollipop.
1. You would go to the General tab in the settings menu
2. Click on accounts
3. Select Google
4. Click on the account you want removed from the list
5. Click on the menu icon on the top right or wherever it is on your tablet (it looks like 3 squares or dots stacked up vertically)
6. Select "remove account" from the list that drops down.

I see the three vertical dots in the upper right, but when I tap on it, the only thing that pops up is Auto Sync and it has a checkmark next to it.
