How can I remove or delete touch pal key board on my ZTE

Ive tried to switch to google keyboard in settings under language and inputs,they have a 'choose keyboard section but its touch pal or touch pal 10. At any rate I cant figure out what to do. I just want the google keyboard im used to not a keyboard that takes me 45 minutes ro write this.

Go to settings and apps then TouchPal and uninstall

Go to settings than to language and input then select manage keyboard, and switch the TouchPal off then go the Google search start trying to type and the Gboard start menu should pop up
