How can I remove "zgachaaf" from my Redmi note 11

[Android Central Question]

I don't know why this file keep repeating itself in my phone zgachaaf. It usually affects media files like DCIM, podcast, pictures, movie, music, ringtone and notifications. I have try factory reset several times, deleted with AVG, yet it keeps coming back. Please what can I do? I use android 11, 13 MIUI, Redmi note 11.

Does it persist in Safe Mode? It may be due to a downloaded app. Delete the files, boot into Safe Mode, and see whether they recur.
