How can I restore my old camera application? I dont like the new camera app that came with the upgrade when my cellphone had asked me that I needed to download the new upgrade because of security issue. I hate this new camera app. It makes my face too big and the selfie feature is not as good as with the old application. I dont want tp reset my setting, I just want my old or original camera applications back

Open camera app. Go to settings (upper right). Scroll down to bottom. Hit Reset settings.

I was looking more on restoring the old version of the app not the upgraded one. When I got a nessage that it is important to upgrade my applications, I hit ok and after that everything looked different even the way my camera works and the quality of pics is not as good as the application that originally came with the phone. I want my original application back.

If the update was for the factory installed camera app, you won't be able to roll it back. That's part of the upgrade to Android 7. The only way to get your old camera is to reflash the older Android 6.

If you were using a different camera app, you'll have to track down and load the distribution package that has the older version.

The process is simple, but not for the faint of heart. You have to be very careful because it is also very easy to brick your phone if the process does not complete correctly. Understand how the process works, why it works as it does, and how to recover if things go wrong.

You will also lose everything on your phone. So make sure that all of your photos, docs, music, etc are backed up. If the process works, your phone will be like it first came from the box.

The actual process for reflashing the older OS is just a matter of downloading ODIN (that's Samsung's maintenance utility) and finding the right download package for your device. You can't mix and match here. Your phone won't work with the incorrect OS.

The best place to go for help on reflashing and such is at XDA. The folks over there live and breathe this stuff.
