How can I roll the Samsung Galaxy S3 back from 4.3 to 4.2?

I got the 4.3 update. On tmbile uk. It is very buggy. How do i go back to the older version?

You'd need need to find and then flash a 4.2 ROM.

If Samsung has pulled the 4.3 build from Kies then it's possible that you could use Kies to revert to the previous build.

It's actually a little more complicated than that. 4.3 changes the default folder layout, and flashing a 4.2 ROM in recovery won't reset that, leaving the 4.2 ROM unable to find all the files it's looking for. The best bet would be to find the OEM 4.2 ROM (use Google) that can be loaded through Odin or Kies, and start fresh.

That's what I meant but realize that what I wrote could have been interpreted as "just any" 4.2 ROM. Nope, it need's to be the OEM's 4.2 ROM for the S3.

OP, just want to let you know, flashing a ROM most likely void the warranty.
