how can i save my gs5 by my self and not giving to the store ?

i was listening songs i wipe my phone to clean it i did it so much times and the swipe option deleted and i also forgot my alternative password what should i do?

Welcome to Android Central! Why did you wipe the phone? What swipe option? Are you using the fingerprint unlock option? Is it not working, and therefore it's asking you for your alternative password? The best advice we can give you here is to bring it to the store and ask for their assistance. Next time, if you're prone to forgetting important passwords, write them down and keep them somewhere safe at home.
