How can I secure my SMS?

HELP! SMS Hacked

My SMS (texts) have been hacked. They are being recorded where someone can read every text I write.
I don't see where there's an app installed on my phone but I know they don't always come up in list. I installed Anti Spy Mobile PRO that reports some suspicious apps. How do I secure my texts?

1. try scanning with free Lookout App -

2. as a last resort you can do a factory reset and start fresh. make sure all of your data is backed up first.

3. have you ever been diagnosed with a mental illness?

1. I've gone the scanning route. Most spy apps are undetectable.
2. a factory reset may not remove the app.
3. Serious question looking for help on this forum and I get your smart *** comment.

Your country's security services will always be able to see what you are doing if they make a request to your network operator. Your network operator will always be able to see what you are doing
