How can I select picture file size when e-mailing?

In my GalaxyS3, every time I sent pictures via e-mail (whether sending from Gallery or attaching to e-mail), I was prompted to select the file size. I want that same on my new S6. I have to take pictures of receipts (for expense report) and minimum size is good. Sometimes, I send a picture that the recipient uses as their desktop image and higher quality (larger file) is best. I don't want to shoot in all low-res, nor do I want to go any resize files before I send them. S3 was easy, S6 seems frustrating. What am I missing?
