please tell me process of turbo ringtones for every mobile

Not sure what 'turbo ringtones' are, but usually you just download the sound file you want to set, go to the Phone's Notification settings (varies by phone) and set the ringtone you want for either calls or messages. For individual apps, you'd have to go into each app's notification settings and do the same.

Depending on your phone, you might have to save your files in the Notifications folder in your device.

Or record the ringtone, if you can't find one. (There are many voice recorders, and you can use Ringtone Maker to trim the recording, make it louder or softer, etc.)

Ringtones are usually in a folder named Ringtones (note the upper-case R) and notifications in a folder named Notifications.
