Sharing a Calendar on Note 3s

My wife currently uses S Planner to plan her shift work on her Note 3.
Can I access this on my Note 3?

If not, could you suggest a similar planner that can be shared?

Google Calendar can be shared. You can share whole calendars, by appointments or however. wE do a lot of appointment sharing.
