How can I solve ',blocked by your IT admin 'when trying to install vpn on my android itel tablet

Hello I have an android tablet that I have rooted months ago and it has been going fine but today I tried to install the following VPN apps on it but got this same error message 'Blocked by your IT admin'. my concern is I do not have any IT admin I am using my own WiFi (Airbox-2CE4 device. Can someone help me to solve this problem. The VPN are: cyberghost and opera vpn

Did you get that tablet brand new, or was it used? If the latter, it might have been work device configured for a company network. Did you do a factory reset at any point?
