All Systems Apps Crashing
I have a SGH-T999V WIND Mobile Galaxy S3 and I was in cuba for a week and when I came off the plane I restarted my phone and then when it restarted the lock screens bottom left 2 apps had the android figure instead of the app icon. And when I got out of the lock screen most of the system apps crashed including touch wiz. I had Nova Launcher at the time so I could navigate through then I uninstalled it and [redacted] (I'm rooted) to see if it would fix and it didn't. So I couldn't get onto the home screen and could only access the settings app through the dropdown menu and whenever i tired to soft reset it the settings app would crash, so I hard factory resetted it and when I got back on the phone those apps were still not working. So could anyone recommend a fix it's running 4.3 Jelly Bean and I cleaned the cache partition.
