How can i stop my s9 note glitche every 2mins while watching movies n txting?

Everytime I watch a movie I never get to the end of it..it glitches n starts all over again... and when I'm txting I never get to finish typing my txt before my keyboard disappears..please help I love my phone

Moved to S9, but only because 'S9' was mentioned before 'Note'.

Welcome to Android Central! Which app are you using to watch movies? Are you downloading these movies from somewhere?

The S9 and Note9 are different phones. Which one do you have?
