How can I stop my Samsung S4 from auto restarting?

Samsung s4 auto restart , i remove battery , sim card , Sd card over 1 -2 hour .. when i replace battery .. continue auto restart... i click Home+Power+Volume Down , come out " Warrning! Critial problem " there have 2 choose .. Continue or Cancel .. i Choose Continue or Cancel also nothing effect.. problem continue auto restart....
