How can I stop the boot loops and the app optimization on start-up? [Android 4.4.2]

Hi, guys, I am new not only to this forum, but also about things related to the Android OS. Actually I am finding for numerous threads about my problem but I cannot find any. If there are, they are just for Motorola X with Android L OS. Thus, I decided to stop by here and seek for your advice.

So, I am using a MyPhone Rio Grande with a generic Android 4.4.2 as its OS. This Tuesday night, I suddenly noticed that consecutive error messages about misbehaving apps were showing up, affecting my phone's performance. Thus, I restarted the phone even though it was charging. As the reboot was initiated, it just looped upon the first frames of the start-up. It goes like this: the letters of my|phone are cascading into the screen before it boots. However, it just stops when the letter p appears.

I tried hard resetting the phone. When I rebooted it, there was an app optimization notice before the phone boots. As I recall, there was no app optimization happening whenever the phone was wiped of all data. (Correct me if app optimization actually happens after hard resetting.) So, it worked fine, until I noticed that it restarts on its own, and boot loops still happen. There are cases that the boot loops do not happen, but app optimization still happens. It stops on the message "Starting apps" which goes on for minutes.

Can you help me with this problem I have with my Android device?

Welcome to Android Central! Chances are that it's a defect in the hardware or firmware, which is more common with off-brand devices like yours. Does this happen if you boot into Safe Mode? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
