How can I sync iCloud with android 4.3? (The kies 3 does not at all ....)

I gave up on Samsung, with their useless support. So hopefully someone has a way of making this work.

I would like my contacts and calendar to be the same at all times on my computer (windows 7 outlook 2010) on my phone (Note 3 with 4.3) and on my iPad (air)

I've been trying to sync outlook to the android, but no luck.

So thought I will try to sync the iCloud to the Android, maybe that works.

Try SmoothSync for Cloud Calendar and SmoothSync for Cloud Contacts. I haven't tried them myself, but they get good reviews.

I added Google email to iCloud, and it is set for sync, but the contacts do not sync with Google.

I withdraw my comment as I didn't read the OP properly. You have an iPad air as well so I can't contribute. Regards.

I want to able to use phone ipad or computer enter the info and the updated info is corrected on all devices. I don't care how it works or how hard it is to make it work. I just want it to to work before I throw the samsung android out the window from frustration (if you have ever called samsung, you will know what I'm talking about)
