How can I sync S Planner on both my wife and I's S3 Mini's?

Syncing S Planner

My wife and I both have an S3 Mini. How do I sync the S Planner on both devices. I've seen some responses on this subject but I have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. I'm sorry but it's just a phone with a calendar as far as I'm concerned so tech talk is lost on me.
I dearly hope there is someone out there who can explain things in simple terms.
