How can I transfer all my apps and data from my stock rom to a custom rom ?

I have a rooted oneplus two. So I am thinking of switching to CM 13. I have already done a nandroid backup of my phone. But I am thinking will I be able to transfer all of my apps and data to CM. I have a titanium backup but I dont trust it cuz ,many a times it fails to restore some apps. I would like to know if there is any other way of doing ?

I always use ROM Manager and have never had a problem.
