Or make sure the contacts are all Google contacts (export them, then import them as Google contacts, if they aren't) - then set the S3 to the same Google account as the Centura. Sync the Centura to Google Contacts, then sync the S3 and you'll have the Centura's contacts on the S3. (Change the S3's account at that point if you want and sync it to the new account.)
