Does that device have an SD card slot? Make sure you insert a card, and then use a file manager (the phone should have one, but you can also download one like ES File Explorer from the Play Store) to find your pics. Just tap and hold the icon for the folders you want, and it'll show something like "move to", then you can select the external SD
