Hello! Welcome to Android Central! You will need to enable developer options on your phone. Once you have done this, enable USB debugging. Make sure your phone is unlocked and plug it into the computer via USB cable. The computer should prompt from there. Also if you are saving to your Picasa app, you should just be able to log into the Picasa website and have all of your photos there as well.
