How can I trigger rollout of gamer ID creation?

I haven't seen any prompt at all to create a gamer ID through Google Play Games and I've tried connecting multiple new games to my account since itr was announced back in February (Land Sliders, Pocket Mortys and Radical Rappelling to name a few).

Is there a way to manually trigger the rollout (or at this point, trollout) for my account?
