How can I turn my phone on off it's just stuck on The tracfone signature and won't completely start

My zte majesty will not completely shut down or start up. It stay on the tracfone signature does its little jingle then it just stays I let the battery die with no luck, I tried rebooting won't work, and I can't take the battery out of it of course. How do I get my phone on

Welcome to Android Central! You can usually force an Android phone to shut down by pressing and holding Power for about 20 seconds. But that's probably not going to help you -- your phone probably has either corrupt firmware or faulty hardware. The only thing I can suggest is to remove the SD card (if present) and try booting again, in case the card is corrupt.
