I have Galaxy S8+. Whenever I plug my earphones Google Play Music Opens automatically, this really frustrate me sometimes, how can I Turn Off auto open Google Play Music when I plug My earphones?

It sounds like an app default to me.

You could try opening settings>apps>google play music> clear defaults.
