How can I undo a 'directory route'?

I was trying to change my notification sound. I went to settings, sound and notification, ringtones and sounds, and when I tapped default notification sound, I had two options form which to choose the sound from - one was the default Samsung directory (I guess) and the other was something like 'My Files'. I chose 'My Files' by accident and now I am trying to dig through folders trying to find where the sounds may be instead of tapping the default Samsung Directory which would have presented me with all the sounds from the get-go. What can I do so that I can go back to the straight-up sound picker and not dive into folders? I tried restarting the device (SGS6E+) but that didn't do anything.
