How can I undo a update on my galaxy j7

My galaxy j7 updated this morning now I can't use some of my apps like fly GPS on my galaxy j7 can any one please help me.

Welcome to Android Central! If you mean a system update, you can't undo those. You'd have to use Odin to flash the previous firmware: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html

What happens when you try to use those app? Do you get an error message? Have you already tried wiping the cache partition? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-30305
