How can I uninstall Lollipop 5.0 from my Galaxy S5

My Galaxy S5 is slower, burns through battery faster, and is all around worse than it was with the Kitkat System update. I need to be able to get back to Kitkat on my S5 and back up/keep all the music, photos, contacts, etc.

Have you cleared cache? Take a look at this blog post and see if it helps fix those problems.

After I have cleared cache and saved the chosen information, if I set back to factory defaults will my S5 have Kitkat installed instead of lollipop?
