This is maddening. I need to have an encrypted device, but being forced to enter a long, complicated password every single time I want to look at my phone is infuriating. I am unable to change ANY screen lock setting except password, everything else is disabled by administrator. No administrators are enabled on my phone.
Every single solution I've found involves clearing credentials. But of course, this option is also prohibited. Every single "solution" to this does not work on my phone.
