How can I unlock my galaxyS5 ? It got locked then required alternative password.

Suddenly Galaxy S5 can't scan my fingerprints. Then it got locked recquiring me to enter an alternative password which I don't know... I tried my google password many times but it's incorrect. So how can I get my alternative password?

Just checked mine. Mine is my google password. Have you tried that?
