How can I update my sm-n910v Note 4 from Verizon?

i cant update my sm-n910v note 4 from verizon

it keeps saying failed and no changes were made! in recovery booting i cant do anything cause its says its disabled from the dm-verity verifacation failed. i dont know if thats the problem but it might help. please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bring it into Verizon and ask them to please flash the update for you. (The techs are usually in the back.)
