How can I update to MA7 if I'm already rooted? please help

I'm rooted on LJC version, and now I wanna do the new update, but I don't wanna loose root. please help

Go to the xda site for Sprint Galaxy Note 2 there u will find root and hacks forum they have the update zip for ma7 you will not loose root with this

I tried that one and when im in recovery to install the zip it says fail it doesnt even start installing it just says fail
