How can I update to Marshmallow? Every time I follow the OTA instructions, I get an error message.

Nexus 7 2013. I have 5.1.1. I receive routine notice of system update & click Install. The process begins normally. The Google droid works away for about 5-10 seconds and then, the screen flashes the droid with his belly open and "error" underneath. The system then reboots and when I check for updates, I am told "System up to date." But it is still the 5.1.1 version.

Try a Cache Partition wipe. That might make the install work next time.
