how can i use samsung smart switch if the screen on my old device does not work?

the screen on my galaxy s6 is cracked and does not work. I can still answer incoming calls by pressing the home key, but that's about all that I can do with the phone. I got a replacement phone and I want to transfer everything using Samsung smart switch. how can I do that since I can't open the app on my old device? I need EVERYTHING transferred over, not just contacts and photos. please help, thank you.

Try using a physical keyboard and mouse with a usb otg cable and usb hub .

Log in to your Samsung account, from there you can unlock the screen so you can do your data recovery
