How can I wipe cache partition on Samsung Galaxy A21s?

I did it easily a couple of months ago, but now I can not reach the menu pressing and releasing volume up and power buttons, but simply turn the phone on.
I had software update recently. Could it be the issue?

When you press restart and phone (goes blank hold volume up/power until screen comes on then release immediately) , if you dont follow it exactly or not touching those buttons hard enough it will restart.
