How can make it so the screen never times out?

how can make it so the screen never times out

I have a samsung galaxy tab E and there doesnt seem to be an option for the screen to not time out. We need it to be on bright constantly (i.e. no time out) is this possible?

The only option I know of is in Developer Options... however, it keeps the screen on only when charging.
