How do a drop a call if 2 are active?

How do a drop a call if 2 are active?

Not a conference call, but two separate calls. I can swap calls, but if i hang up on one caller, they both drop. How do I drop just one? (I know the answer is right in front of me, but I do not see it.)

I didn't find anything on this either. The manual doesn't have any info other than how to move between to calls. It appears its a CDMA issue as folks with GSM have the option to end the call.

While it doesn't seem possible, this appears to be one of those whack *** things as yet unresolved. I couldn't believe it when I had the first opportunity on my S4 (coming from DroidX2) and it was no different. This doesn't appear that complicated an issue to work into things. Is that aspect of it REALLY that different from a land line?

wow, this one is actually quite easy, the phone is still cdma. Cdma can't disconnect call waiting calls until both are ended

This occurs for all VZW (Sprint etc) phones I have ever had (treos 600 &700, Centro, Pre Plus, 2 & 3 and GS4)
