How do fix the mic in my phone?

3 days ago the mic in my phone stopped working. While on a call I can hear the other person but they can't hear me. It's either they hear alot of static or nothing at all. When I try using S Voice it doesn't work, recording app doesn't work all I hear is static however if I blow into the mic I hear it but if I speak all I hear is static and Google voice search doesn't work. When recording a video the mic works. I've tried cleaning the hole where the mic is and still nothing. I've tried deleting all 3rd party apps and still nothing. I even tried using safe mode and still nothing worked. Is there anyway I can fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! Can people hear you if you're on speakerphone or wired/Bluetooth headsets?

yes it does work on loudspeaker and even before i had this problem my headphones wont work unless its samsung and currently i dont own a pair of samsung headphones.

The primary phone mic may have to be replaced. Has there been any recent water exposure?

no not that i know about. my phone screen has a crack and my hands sweat alot so i dont know if that might be the cause
