How do I add a row of five utility apps to the lock screen on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone?

Can somebody please tell me how I can add or make appear on my LOCK SCREEN a row of five utility apps (CPU, Battery Charge Status, Flashlight, Settings, Boost) as shown on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone in the accompanying photo? ALSO, once it is there, will it automatically appear on the LOCK SCREEN even when I power off the phone or restart it, or is there some gesture/swipe I need to do to make it reappear? Thank you so much for your help. I really do appreciate it very much!
