How do I add an individual number from contact to group?

Adding individual number from contact to group

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S5.
I will try to explain what im asking.

I have Mr.Contact. He has 2 numbers. mobile1 and mobile2.
I have a group with multiple contacts that i send group sms to.
I want to add mobile1 to the group without adding mobile2.

It does not seem this is possible within the stock Samsung app.
Is there any app that can do this? Or am i missing something?

Hello! By group, do you mean on Hangouts or just in your default SMS client?
