How do I add contacts with the same work number but different extensions?

AddIng contacts with the same work number but different extensions problem

I came from the iPhone 5 and had iPhon esince the 3GS. Now that I have the Note 4 I was adding contacts to have the same number but different extensions. When I dial a particular contact the first contact on the list shows up every time. Will there be a fix for this?

Did the same thing on my daughter HTC One and they show up correctly. So I know it is not a android problem it is a Samsung problem. Do the same test on a Motorola Droid no issues so it has to be a Samsung problem.

So I call Samsung they don't have a fix for it at this time, hopefully it will be an update soon.

My Note 3 does it to add a number or something else to make a difference in the person you want to contact.
