How do I age my Samsung S4 by its number?

Just received my phone from eBay seller. He said it's in mint condition only 2 months old. It arrived with chips all around the chrome bezel and one small dent very close to the screen on the edge of the bezel.

What number do I use and how do I use it to work out how old the phone is?
