How do I associate my Samsung Smart TV to google play

I have gone to my settings and refreshed it device still does not appear

Samsung's Smart TV's don't run on the Android operating system, it's probably Tizen so Google's Play Store service won't be in your TV's Settings menu.

So it won't be of any use to install the Google Play Store app anyway, the Play Store is for Android apps and you need to use Samsung's Tizen app store. Also, Google is killing support for other platforms so Play Store services like TV & Movies are being shut off. You should still have access to some of your Google account media indirectly though, using the Youtube app that's probably already on your Samsung TV:
