How do I call a phone number I get in a text message? i.e. make the number able to dial?

I have a Samsung Gear S watch. If I receive a text from phone number 111-111-1111 and it says to call 222-222-2222, I do not know how to dial 222-222-2222 I tried saying "Hi Gear". When I do that, the message goes away. So to use this, I would have to write down the phone number. How can I call a number on a text message? Is there a cut and paste way of doing this? Any solution would work. thanks for any help.
