How do I change Android Central Profile Pic Moto G?

Ok so whenever I try to change my Android Central Profile Picture from the app it does nothing, now when I try from Chrome I can go to the Photos app then when I click on the photo I want it says Can Not Complete Operation Due To Lack of Memory or essentially not enough RAM. So I was wondering is there a way to change it from my Moto G, because my PC takes ages to startup and its very slow.

You should be able to do it from the app itself. Could your connection not be that great when you are trying to save it?
