How do I change my Airpod Pro's hearing mode?

I can't seem to change them besides clicking the little stem, which just plays a sound. Is there a way to change it within the phone? Thanks.

I think you can only use them out the box the way they are no adjustments , its made for iPhone .

I think my best guess is just to connect it to an Apple device, then in the settings remove the "on" in the short stem so it only has transparency or noise cancellation, this way it is easier to tell the difference. Thank you, however.
